Think Tank 2020

In collaboration with Fernando M. Reimers, Envoys co-hosted the 2020 Think Tank on Global Education for innovative educators and students to rapidly design and iterate new ways to meet the objectives of global education. The event was held on May 30th. Educators and students from all over the world participated and were split into design teams with the goal of creating their own educational interventions. PUBLIC HEALTH AND PANDEMIC AWARENESS

Scott is a Public Health Professor at the Bard Globalization and International Affairs Program. Scott provided an important perspective on Public Health and Pandemic Awareness as a Think Tank Domain Speaker.  Scott’s career includes Special Advisor and Director of Global Health for the Eurasia Group, Senior Director of Strategy and Partnerships for Ikana Health Action lab and Head of Research for 100 Resilient Cities, and Term Member and Research Associate for the Council on Foreign Relations.

FOREIGN RELATIONS

Ahmed Morsy is a member of the International Programs team where he manages the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) project. Ahmed provided an important perspective on Foreign Relations as a Think Tank Domain Speaker. Over the past 6 years, he was the MENA project consultant at APSA. Previously Ahmed held positions at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, National Democratic Institute and consulted for numerous organizations and institutions.

INTERNATIONAL FINANCE

Jenniffer is completing her Doctoral degree in Business, Economics and Innovation at Imperial College London, conducting research on the rising role of intangible assets on the emergence of high-growth firms, and the impact in aggregate productivity, entrepreneurship rates, and innovation. As an experienced International Economist, Jenniffer provided an important perspective on International Finance as a Think Tank Domain Speaker.

Jeffrey is a consultant for Climate Change Adaptation. As an internationally focused business and sustainable development professional with expertise in climate change teams and initiatives in complex and culturally sensitive environments, Jeffrey provided an important perspective on Climate Science as a Think Tank Domain Speaker.  Jeffrey’s work has primarily been at the intersection of business and government.
